Dmitry Rybolovlev, owner of Monaco football club, is being investigated for charges of complicity in invasion of privacy as part of a dispute with an art dealer, a source close to the Russian billionaire said.

The Monte Carlo court authorities have refused to comment on the case. In a statement sent by e-mail to Reuters, Rybolovlev said he did nothing wrong and would assist the authorities. `I`m sure the Monaco judiciary will clarify all this, ` the Russian says in his statement. The case is related to an investigation into a dispute between Rybolovlev and the Swiss art dealer Eve Bouvier.
