European club champion Liverpool qualifies for the World Club Championship final after reaching a dramatic 2-1 victory over Mexico`s Monterrey at the Khalifa International Stadium in Doha. The Merseyside came out with a rather different lineup, though not as out of the ordinary as it was 24 hours ago. Nabi Keita (11 `) led the Merseyside forward, but just three minutes later Roger Funes Mori leveled. By the end of the match according soccer predictions it was very much the same, with Liverpool having an advantage only in possession of the ball. Jurgen Klop forced the inclusion of the directors Sadio Manet, Trent Alexander-Arnold and Roberto Firmino. Monterrey had a chance to arrive much earlier in Doha, so the Mexicans were ahead of Liverpool in terms of adaptation. Celso Ortiz replaced Jonathan Gonzalez, who stayed on the bench for the start.

In the 23rd minute, James Milner missed a great opportunity after a fresh pass to Salah put him behind the defense. However, the Englishman`s kick was kicked out by Barovero, after which the Merseyside midfielder tried a supplement, but the guard caught.
